All interpreters are 2-way consecutive capable. VLS does not provide simultaneous interpreting as the equipment is not always available, except in the case of American Sign Language which is naturally done in a simultaneous fashion.

Currently VLS has 56 certified personnel in American Sign Language (ASL), Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Russian, Ukranian, Polish, Arabic, Greek, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai. These are all native speakers or bilinguals that have received language training as interpreters and have been evaluated by an independent entity.
