VLS is an LLC duly chartered in the states of Georgia and Alabama. VLS is owned and operated by Donna Hall Carter. All interpreters, translators, and trainers are subcontractors sign an exclusive, non-competition clause contract with VLS, and are bound by those strict confidentiality agreements. All subcontractors are provided continuing education opportunities and encouraged to maintain and improve their skills.
